Translation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Translation Specialist to join our team at KPMG-Canada. As a key member of our Linguistic Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our translated documents.
Key Responsibilities- Translate various technical documents, including financial reports, audit and tax documents, and other materials related to accounting and finance.
- Manage major translation projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Collaborate with our team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in translation and linguistics.
- Bachelor's degree in Translation or a related field.
- Member of the Ordre des traducteurs, terminologues et interprètes agréés du Québec (OTTIAQ) or equivalent certification.
- Excellent stress management and pressure handling skills.
- Strong capacity for learning and adapting to new technologies and tools.
- Knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, an asset.
- Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
- Strong sense of quality and customer service.
- Project management skills and ability to work independently.
- Good knowledge of technical tools and software.
- Autonomy and flexibility in work arrangements.
- Openness, frankness, and clarity in communication.
- Advanced knowledge of Logiterm or similar translation software, an asset.
