About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at PNC Garnet Foods International Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory to maintain optimal kitchen operations.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Proven track record of menu development and implementation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to manage kitchen budgets and inventory.
