About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Meat and Bread. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients.

Chef Management

Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service and cuisine.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that our kitchen is always stocked and ready to meet demand.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared to order and that customers receive prompt and friendly service.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a cook or in a related role.

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, including menu planning, cooking, and presentation.

Leadership

Proven ability to lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff.

Communication

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
