  • Food Cost Management

Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to ensure optimal profitability and minimize waste.

Culinary Expertise

Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, including specialty foods, for our discerning guests. Ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Staff Training and Development

Train and mentor our kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and excellence in our culinary offerings.

Supervision and Leadership

Supervise a team of 5-10 kitchen staff, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure seamless kitchen operations.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines. Perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling as required.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Work Conditions

Permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week.

Language
