We are currently in search of a Human Resources Apprentice - Project Coordinator (M/F) for one of our collaborating organizations.
As an apprentice, you will engage in a 12-month apprenticeship contract, preparing for a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (Level 6 Certified Title - Bac - acknowledged by the State and validating ECTS credits). The educational training will be conducted by the institution in Laval, with 70% of your time dedicated to practical experience within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Development:
- Actively engage in the recruitment process for interns and apprentices
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees
- Assist in the management of temporary staff
Training:
- Support the Training department with administrative tasks related to training management
Communication:
- Create and distribute monthly newsletters
- Aid in the implementation of workplace well-being initiatives
Employee Engagement:
- Assist in preparing for various audits
- Contribute to the development of social policy consultation materials (social balance sheet, gender equality report)
- Lead the monthly committee for improvement proposals
Candidate Profile:
- We seek an individual who is proactive, engaged, organized, self-sufficient, and meticulous. Strong listening and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Google Drive.
- Prerequisites: BAC + 2 - Preparing for Bac + 3
Note: Candidates should be prepared for a pre-selection interview, an admission test, and a review of their application file.
Compensation: A percentage of the SMIC based on the remuneration grid of the contract.
