About the Role

FUTURE-TECH CANADA is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to employees and customers via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Network Administration: Install, configure, and maintain computer networks, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and the Internet.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical problems and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of computer systems and software.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve technical incidents and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communication: Communicate technical information to employees and customers in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
