**Job Summary**

TV2 Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Service Assurance department, you will contribute to the support of various server, network, and applicative surveillance tools in our managed services environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform thorough analysis and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues
  • Search for answers in existing documentation and document new items
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of operating systems, including Linux/Unix and Windows
  • Stay up-to-date with Linux scripting languages, such as bash, python, and powershell
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Lead and coach other technical analysts to ensure seamless support
  • Act as a liaison between IT development and business units to support system enhancements
  • Evaluate new applications and identify system requirements
  • Recommend system alternatives and enhancements to current systems
  • Prepare communications and presentations on system enhancements
  • Work under the direction of an IT Manager

**Requirements**

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking fundamentals
  • Experience working in a managed services environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Fluency in French and English
