The Role:

  • Lead a team of Marketing Consultants to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Consultants to provide insights and support in developing effective marketing solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Utilize customer relations management and business development tactics to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Perform other strategic duties as assigned by the Vice President, Business Development.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of generating sales and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in recruitment and motivating a sales team.
  • Strong marketing knowledge and a professional network.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with a big-picture perspective.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
