Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our corporate finance and legal teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the corporate finance and legal teams, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and reviewing documents.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain office procedures and routines, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives, providing support and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate finance or legal support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
