About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Inderjit Bansal CPA Professional Corporation. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee the management of our office, including supervising staff, managing budgets, and coordinating office services.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, financial records, and other administrative documents.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors, both verbally and in writing.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative problems, including conflicts and issues related to office operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Working Conditions
