Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Establish methods to meet work schedules, including preparing food order summaries for the chef and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Hire Food Service Staff: Hire food service staff, including cooks, cashiers, and other support staff, ensuring that all new hires are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high expectations. You will be required to work under pressure, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Work Setting: Food service establishment, coffee shop, or fast food outlet or concession
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment
