About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Vice President to join our team at Yifeng Cleaning Services Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring effective utilization and maximizing returns.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, aligning with business objectives and strategic plans.
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless execution of business initiatives.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Business Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth and success.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a positive and professional image.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Interpersonal awareness and team player.
