Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Operations Director to join our team at Rejoice Logistics (Canada) Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our business, ensuring seamless execution of our strategies and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of over 20 people, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the successful implementation of our organizational goals.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal use of resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring alignment with our business strategies.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with our business strategies.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of success in operations management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Willing to travel internationally, with a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
