About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Vice-President to join our team at Rejoice Logistics (Canada) Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
    • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency gains
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to align operational goals with company strategy
  • Operational Excellence
    • Establish and maintain high-performing teams and departments
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement
    • Make informed decisions to optimize resource allocation
  • Human Resources
    • Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract and retain top talent
    • Lead recruitment and selection processes to ensure best fit for roles
    • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Communicate key business updates and initiatives to senior leaders and teams
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in operations leadership roles
