About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Vice-President to join our team at SMQ Innovative Technology Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's HR strategy and ensuring the effective management of our human capital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives
    • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business outcomes and improve organizational performance
  • Talent Management
    • Design and implement talent management programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent
    • Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure business continuity
    • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address talent gaps
  • Employee Engagement and Experience
    • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention
    • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
    • Collaborate with business leaders to improve employee experience and drive business outcomes
  • HR Operations and Administration
    • Oversee the administration of HR programs, including benefits, compensation, and performance management
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Collaborate with business leaders to improve HR processes and reduce administrative burdens
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a technology or innovation-based industry
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of success in HR leadership and management
    • Strong business acumen and ability to drive business outcomes
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to lead and manage a team of HR professionals
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
