Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing them with the necessary authority and resources to excel in their roles.
  • HR Policy and Procedure: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and best practices.
  • Performance Management: Supervise staff or teams, plan and manage budgets, and coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs.
  • HR Planning and Development: Develop and implement human resource planning and development strategies to support business growth and objectives.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements, fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
