- Performance Management: Supervise staff or teams, plan and manage budgets, and coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs.

- Communication and Collaboration: Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements, fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
