Position Overview

As a Food Service Associate at Tim Hortons, you will play a vital role in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of our café.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clean dishes, utensils, and other necessary items to dining areas and arrange tables appropriately.
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables, trays, and seating areas.
  • Efficiently load and manage buspans and trays.
  • Organize and store dishes in designated areas.
  • Restock condiments and supplies at tables and serving stations.
  • Hand wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen items.
  • Prepare take-out orders for customers.
  • Accurately portion and wrap food items.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet stations.
  • Restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed.
  • Take and process customer orders efficiently.
  • Ensure the kitchen area is clean and sanitized, including work surfaces, cupboards, and equipment.
  • Perform floor maintenance by sweeping, mopping, and polishing.

  • Undergo a criminal record check as part of the hiring process.
