Job Title: Geospatial Ontario IT Program

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Geospatial Business Analyst to lead our Ontario IT Program. The successful candidate will have experience in geospatial data and development, as well as strong business analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical needs assessment for multi-stakeholder, geospatial solution discovery projects
  • Develop and implement effective requirement gathering strategies
  • Assess client business requirements and identify best technology solutions
  • Communicate and present to clients and senior management
  • Establish successful working relationships with management, staff, and clients
Requirements:
  • Strong business analysis skills and experience leading technical needs assessment
  • Knowledge of geospatial data and development, or related experience
  • Experience with ArcGIS Portal and/or ArcGIS Online
  • Experience with business analysis processes, tools, technology, methodologies, and modeling expertise
