Job Title: Geospatial Ontario IT Program

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Geospatial Business Analyst to join our team at Capleo Global. The successful candidate will lead technical needs assessments for multi-stakeholder, geospatial solution discovery projects and provide expertise in data licensing and sharing agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical needs assessments for geospatial solution discovery projects
  • Develop effective requirement gathering strategies and foster engagement with stakeholders
  • Assess client business requirements and identify best technology solutions
  • Communicate and present findings to clients and senior management
  • Establish successful working relationships with management, staff, and clients

Requirements:

  • Strong business analysis skills and experience leading technical needs assessments
  • Knowledge of data licensing and sharing agreements
  • Experience with business and use case modeling, conceptual and logical data modeling
  • Experience with ArcGIS Portal and/or ArcGIS Online
  • Public Sector experience

Must-Have Skills:
