We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at LanceSoft. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in leading technical needs assessments for multi-stakeholder, geospatial solution discovery projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead technical needs assessments for geospatial solution discovery projects, fostering engagement and developing effective requirement gathering strategies.
- Develop and implement business analysis processes, tools, technology, methodologies, and modeling expertise to undertake option analysis, process re-engineering assignments, research, test, and implement systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess the impacts of new solutions or enhancements on existing services and infrastructure for performance, sustainability, and robustness.
- Communicate technical concepts to lay audiences, negotiate to achieve consensus, and establish successful working relationships with management, staff, and clients.
- Experience leading technical needs assessments for multi-stakeholder, geospatial solution discovery projects.
- Experience with business and use case modeling, conceptual and logical data modeling, and rapidly documenting discovery outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of geospatial data and development, or related experience.
- Experience with ArcGIS Portal and/or ArcGIS Online.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
