Job Title: Digital Director of Social Media

Equinox Fitness Club is seeking a highly skilled Digital Director of Social Media to lead our social media strategy and content creation efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media plan that drives engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals and objectives
  • Manage and create high-quality content for our social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop engaging visual content and campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize our content and strategy
  • Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness
  • Advanced understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing techniques, and emerging trends
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
