Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Computer Sales Specialist to join our team at Quality Training & Technology Services Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide advice on merchandise.
  • Sales and Promotion: Advertise and promote products, sales, or services, and conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain sales records for inventory control and prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease.
  • Training and Support: Provide support for newcomers and refugees, including foreign credential recognition, and offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for youth.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
