About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Uniway Computer Ltd. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting our products and services to existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Sales to Existing Clients

You will be responsible for promoting our products and services to existing clients, ensuring they are aware of the benefits and value proposition of our offerings.

Identify and Solicit Potential Clients

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients and soliciting new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of our products and services to build relationships and close deals.

Assess Client Needs and Resources

You will assess client needs and resources to recommend the most suitable products and services, ensuring that our solutions meet their business requirements.

Develop Reports and Proposals

You will develop reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products and services, highlighting how they can drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Prepare and Administer Sales Contracts

You will prepare and administer sales contracts, ensuring that all agreements are executed and fulfilled in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct Sales Transactions

You will conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

Provide Ongoing Support

You will provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with our products and services and that any issues are resolved promptly.

Review and Adapt Information

You will review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions, ensuring that our sales strategies remain effective and aligned with market trends.

Provide Client Presentations

You will provide client presentations on the benefits and uses of our products and services, highlighting their value proposition and how they can drive business growth.

Resolve Product and Service Issues

You will resolve product and service-related issues, ensuring that clients are satisfied with our solutions and that any issues are resolved promptly.

Troubleshoot Equipment Issues

You will troubleshoot equipment issues, ensuring that our products and services are functioning correctly and that any technical issues are resolved promptly.

Estimate Installation and Maintenance Costs

You will estimate the costs of installing and maintaining equipment or services, ensuring that our clients are aware of the associated costs and that our solutions are aligned with their budget.

Requirements
  • Education

A degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.

Security and Safety

A criminal record check is required.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

35 hours per week.
