About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Uniway Computer Ltd. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting our products and services to existing clients, identifying and soliciting new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Sales to Existing Clients

Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue from existing clients, ensuring a strong understanding of their needs and preferences.

Identify and Solicit Potential Clients

Research and identify new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and presenting our products and services in a compelling and effective manner.

Assess Client Needs and Resources

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements, providing tailored solutions and recommendations to meet their needs.

Develop Reports and Proposals

Prepare and present detailed reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products and services, highlighting value-added solutions and competitive advantages.

Prepare and Administer Sales Contracts

Develop and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring clear terms and conditions that meet client needs and company objectives.

Conduct Sales Transactions

Process sales transactions through electronic commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and timely completion of sales.

Provide Ongoing Support

Offer exceptional customer support, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Review and Adapt Information

Stay up-to-date with product innovations, competitor activity, and market trends, adapting our sales strategies and approaches to meet changing client needs.

Provide Client Presentations

Develop and deliver engaging presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits and value-added solutions of our products and services.

Resolve Product and Service Issues

Respond to and resolve any product or service-related issues, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Estimate Costs and Resources

Provide accurate estimates of costs and resources required for sales activities, ensuring effective budgeting and planning.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma or equivalent.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.

Security and Safety

Criminal record check required.

Green Job

This role involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.

Work Schedule

35 hours per week.

Language

English language proficiency required.
