Restaurant Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Warna Investments Inc. DBA Subway. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, making informed decisions to optimize our inventory and reduce waste.
- Delivery and Scheduling: Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, establishing work schedules to ensure seamless operations.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Perform same duties as workers supervised, demonstrating leadership skills and a commitment to teamwork.
As a Food Service Supervisor at Warna Investments Inc. DBA Subway, you will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure to meet high standards and deadlines. You must be able to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing circumstances.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
