Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action if necessary to maintain high standards.

Prepare Budgets and Reports

Prepare budget and cost estimates, and submit reports to management on a regular basis.

Address Customer Complaints

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and take steps to resolve issues promptly.

Maintain Records

Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and use this data to inform business decisions.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service management role.

Personal Suitability

Client focus, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability.
