Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Noodlebox. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our food service operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffSupervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
Train and Develop StaffTrain and develop our food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate and manage inventory and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Ensure Quality ControlEnsure that our food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Address Customer ComplaintsAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
Maintain Records and ReportsMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
Requirements- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Permanent employment
- Fluent in English
- 40 hours per week
