About the Role

MELT WICH FOOD CO. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet our operational needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure seamless meal preparation
  • Recruit and hire qualified food service staff to join our team
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure our food and service meet the highest standards
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with our chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure timely delivery
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
