**Job Summary**

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Director to join our team at Renard International Hospitality Search Consultants. As a Sales Director for Luxury Hospitality, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading a team of sales professionals in a 5-star internationally branded property in Nova Scotia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic revenue targeting plans to meet or exceed budget expectations
  • Lead and develop a team of professional salespeople to achieve sales goals
  • Generate top-line revenue through sales initiatives, including sales blitzes, familiarization trips, client events, and tradeshows
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends in the industry and maintain a strong online presence
  • Drive the achievement of monthly/annual bookings, revenue goals, and company objectives
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement sales strategies

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably with an international luxury brand or independent property
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Sales, Hotel Management, or Business
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and budgetary knowledge and skills
  • Proven track record in high-end deluxe property sales
  • Preference given to candidates with outstanding sales experience in a 5-star resort or hotel property
