  • Supervise a team of junior advisors and analysts, offering mentorship and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Recognize and pursue new business avenues to broaden the client portfolio and enhance service offerings.
  • Engage in networking opportunities and industry events to elevate the firm's profile and build professional relationships.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial advisory, consulting, or a comparable position within an accounting firm.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret intricate financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and industry best practices.
