About Loyal Tax & Accounting Services Inc.

We are a reputable accounting firm seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our clients' financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, journals, and trial balances.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Payroll Administration: Assist with payroll processing, including preparing payrolls, calculating taxes, and making payments.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and insights to management to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent in accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks and MS Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
