Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination: Organize and manage seminars, conferences, and other corporate events.
  • Documentation: Accurately record and prepare minutes for meetings and events.
  • Office Management: Establish and maintain effective office procedures and routines.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Communication: Handle incoming calls and relay messages appropriately.
  • Data Management: Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other relevant information.
  • Inventory Control: Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Reception Duties: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Filing Systems: Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread various documents and correspondence.
Work Environment

This position requires a keen **attention to detail** and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required.
