Customer Success Manager

At Jitterbit, we're looking for a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing organization, you'll be responsible for driving customer success and growth across our portfolio of strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to customers to help them maximize the value of our platform
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer relationships
  • Manage and resolve customer issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of customer success and/or partner success experience
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
