Job Summary

At TWI Foods Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, providing information and services to employees, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Consultation and Grievance Procedures
    • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.
    • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Employee Services
    • Provide information and services to employees, including employee assistance and counseling.
    • Advise employees on company policies and procedures.
  • Recruitment and Hiring
    • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.
    • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
    • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Staffing Policies and Procedures
    • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
    • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
    • Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment process.
  • Staff Training and Development
    • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
    • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties.
