About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team at Aryal Recruiting. As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing and Recruitment
    • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to meet the needs of our clients
    • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent
    • Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the role
  • Client Support
    • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
    • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
  • Administrative Support
    • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
    • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
    • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral communication skills
    • Efficient interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
