Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team at KC HR Services Inc. as a key member of our staffing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting job notices, and advising managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Planning: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business needs.
  • Job Posting: Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications and experience.
  • Interview Coordination: Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and notify applicants of the results of the selection process.
  • Job Offer Preparation: Prepare job offers and advise applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Staffing Policy Advice: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Talent Acquisition: Recruit and hire staff to meet business needs and ensure a skilled and diverse workforce.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word, as well as the internet.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent written communication skills, efficient interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as a team player.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Language and Hours

The language of work is English, and the work hours are 32 to 40 hours per week.
