About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team at Lion Guard Corporation. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements and developing strategies to meet them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Planning: Analyze business needs and develop plans to recruit and hire top talent.
  • Job Posting and Advertising: Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates and make recommendations for hire.
  • Employee Onboarding: Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • HR Systems and Software: Utilize human resources software to manage recruitment, hiring, and employee data.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field is an asset.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
