Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Resolve customer challenges and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Implement and promote growth strategies to drive business expansion.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account files and points of contact.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the waste management industry.
- Valid driver's license and a clear driver's abstract.
- Proven negotiation, presentation, and selling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
