  • Resolve customer challenges and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account files and points of contact.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the waste management industry.
  • Valid driver's license and a clear driver's abstract.
  • Proven negotiation, presentation, and selling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
