About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective service delivery and resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and deliver training and guidance to users on IT systems and processes
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level technicians as required
