IT Support Specialist

Job Summary:
The IT Support Specialist is a key member of our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited, providing technical expertise and support to our employees and stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of IT systems and the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to employees and stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person.
- Conduct on-site fixes and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of support tickets and escalate issues to higher-level technicians as needed.
- Participate in projects and initiatives to improve IT systems and processes.
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, including hardware and software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
