Auto Claims Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Auto Claims team as an Auto Claims Advisor/Adjuster. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the claims process, conducting investigations, and making decisions on the best course of action.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and resolve auto collision claims in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the claims process.
- Work autonomously in a digital environment, using online tools and resources to complete tasks.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with best practices in claims handling.
- Contribute to special projects and provide feedback to support Aviva's ongoing initiatives to provide an outstanding customer experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in auto claims adjusting or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
- Ability to work within and positively contribute to our organizational culture and values.
