Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware and software.

  • Network and Internet Support: Provide support for business systems, network, and Internet issues.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Work Environment:
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions: Repetitive tasks and sitting.
