Job Title: Deskside Support Technician

We are seeking a skilled Deskside Support Technician to join our team at Manjit S Gauba Professional Corporation. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide timely assistance to resolve technical issues related to computer hardware and software.
  • Problem-Solving: Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • User Training: Provide guidance and training to users on how to use computer systems and software effectively.
  • Log Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions to aid in future troubleshooting efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support analysts to share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
Work Environment:
  • Public Transportation: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions: Repetitive tasks and sitting.
