Job Summary

A Signal Security Operations Supervisor provides functional leadership to Signal's Community Based Security Agents through the development and implementation of policies and practices essential to the effective management of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Development: Coach, monitor, and develop accountability for the individual performance of the Advanced Agent and Agent's to align with company standards i.e. patrol completion, report writing, etc.
  • Branch Management: Leads the Branch Manager Daily Scrum to communicate all service, property, post order, and routing changes.
  • Quality Control: Schedules and conducts spot checks with agents under their supervision, providing feedback, accountability, and recognition as needed.
  • Client Relations: Promptly and consistently report any client specific information or issues to the Coordinator, while helping to execute and provide resolutions to any client issues or concerns.
  • Hiring and Training: Participate in the hiring process, interviewing candidates, and setting up orientation dates and times. Communicate regularly with the Coordinator throughout the hiring process.
  • Equipment Management: Responsible for equipment inventory and maintenance including uniforms, vehicles, devices, phones, etc. while communicating needs and issues to their Coordinator.
  • Performance Management: Participating in a performance review during recommended time frames with the Coordinator to enhance the Agent Brand Experience.
  • Scheduling and Overtime: Responsible for ensuring schedule is complete to fulfill contracted services and will cover shifts as necessary to ensure completion while minimizing overtime.
  • Disciplinary Action: Responsible for recommending and issuing disciplinary action for personnel in violation of the Signal Standard Operating Procedures. Furthermore, providing positive recognition for personnel going above and beyond the Signal expectations.
  • Weekly Meetings: Communicate with the Coordinator in the Weekly Coordinator Meeting to review weekly score card, route reviews, operation priorities, and all client related issues.
Requirements
  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Pass background check and drug test
  • Must have valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Complete training modules within first month
  • Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times
  • Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
