Mobile Supervisor

Join our team as a Mobile Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and customer service skills. As a Mobile Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties, while also providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations and incident reports
  • Attend routine site check-ins and alarm calls
  • Perform site and perimeter patrols to ensure security and safety
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their customers
  • Provide relief for other sites as directed
  • Perform other duties as required
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of security experience required
  • 1 year of security supervisor experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License
  • Must possess a valid G Class Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract
  • Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C certification (from a WSIB-approved vendor)
  • Must be able to provide proof of (minimum) double COVID vaccination
