Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations at various sites, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough investigations and incident reports
  • Attend routine site check-ins and alarm calls
  • Perform site and perimeter patrols to ensure the security of our clients' properties
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their visitors
  • Provide relief for other sites as directed by management

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of security experience required
  • 1 year of security supervisor experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License
  • Must possess a valid G Class Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract
  • Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C certification (from a WSIB-approved vendor)
  • Must be able to provide proof of (minimum) double COVID vaccination
