Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
- Cost products and services to optimize profitability and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best prices and quality.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner to maintain a positive reputation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective execution.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and interact with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve conflicts and optimize operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
