Restaurant Operations Manager
At Mary Browns Chicken, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor revenues and labour costs to ensure that our restaurant is operating within budget.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Recruit and hire new staff members as needed.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies and equipment to operate efficiently.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed in the restaurant.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
