We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at 2588636 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Cash Handling and Inventory Management
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
Inventory ControlOrganize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
Health and SafetyEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Operations ManagementPlan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Support for Newcomers and RefugeesWe offer support to newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster. Our team provides on-the-job training tailored to their needs and helps them integrate into our restaurant operations.
Support for YouthsWe are committed to supporting youths in their career development. Our on-the-job training program provides them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the restaurant industry.
