About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Thanh Thy Vietnamese Cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff

Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Inventory Management

Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient meal preparation.

Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet our high quality standards.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Food Order Management

Prepare food order summaries for our chef.

Tray and Trolley Management

Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.

Scheduling

Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a kitchen supervisory role.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week.
